Hi my son is 7 months 8 days old . He started teething his weight is 9.8 kgs . I gave crocin drops at 1 pm -0.5ml after two hrs still his temperature is 100 can you help me out

A. as per weight of the child you have to give paracetamol 1.5 ml and this medicine can be repeated after 6 hours and you can give maximum four times per day and also two bodies points to decrease the surface temperature
