Hi, my son is 6 years old, how much vitamin d supplement should I give him in a year, and what should be the gap between each supplement

A. there is no problem I can do the supplements immediately one after other than not be any gap For further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and proper medication please try to see your local doctor once . . . . .

A. Parents need to calculate the amount of vitamin D their child gets from fortified milk, other food, and vitamin supplements to make sure the total amount does not exceed: 1,000 to 1,500 IU a day for infants. 2,500 to 3,000 IU a day for children 1 to 8 years old. 4,000 IU a day for children 9 years and older.
