hi.... my son is 6 years 3 months. his last teeth got some extra skin out. so is der any problem?

at this age first permanent molar teeth erupt.
the gum covering over the teeth will get removed when the teeth will completely erupt.
you can consult with Pediatric Dentist if this problem continues for some time.
