A. as u start as say cerelac 1 sp then after 3 to 4 days 2 sp then after 3 to 4 days 3 sp... in similar way once a wk thrn twice a wk then three times a wk... chk the first cry pg for receipes... remember one new food one at a time.. use Babyhug high chair
