Give him foods like fruit milk shakes , dry fruits , stuff paranthas, milk and products, millets , whole eggs , dals and legumes like channa , rajma etc
ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom firstly do not force him to eat , that way he may start hating foods .. at times the best would be to ignore them and avoid giving food if they are unwilling to so once when he is hungry he will eat well enough .
Also get him involved in some physical activity that would also help . Avoid unnecessary snacks as such
