hi my son is 4.6 years old....he has delay speech but now he can speak words and sentences without any problem.problem is this he is become shy when his teacher try to talk with hum.and he is bit shy infront of camera also.pls suggest something.. is this any disability or just a normal ???

A. may I know how he started talking did u do any exercise or speech therapy?

A. Hello my dear parent! A few kids are kind of introvert. Nothing to worry as long as your child is trying. Communicate more effectively with your child. Encourage your child to express and share. Speak to your doctor for further assistance
