Hi, my son is 4.3yr old he is not communicate and not speaking sentence still ,,

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello ususally by 2 years most babies will be able to speak sentences with two words or three words but in some babies this can also be delayed but 4 years is long time and it requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and check fi r speech therapy
