Hi... My son is 3+ years getting pimples frequently on his face. Have shown it to dermat he's removed few by laser as he said it was bacterial infection but the other side he's got few boils like pimples no pus nothing just boils which is all over his forehead n nose n cheeks. Please can someone help.

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 1 m old boy1 day agoA. Hey doing that his pediatrician told us to consult dermat n he then suggest a laser. Had to do it cz it spread across his face n the boils / pimples were growing bigger in size. By Now we aren't opting for it. I wanted to look for better options hence posted it here.
