hi, my son is 3 years 4 months old now, since yesterday I observed he was walking with wide stance.. when I checked it I observed his scrotum is swollen red and tender .. I got extremely worried , can you pls help me with this?

A. it need to be seen. Baby should be examined by a doctor ; mostly by a child specialist for this as this need to be proper evaluated and examined before giving any medication to baby .
