hi my son is 3 year old he follows all my instructions but only 2 to 3 words he will speak like amma Anna akka but he will not repeat the worlds which I say is it normal or should I consult a doctor in this anyone has faced same issue plz let me know

Hi ,
Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

As ur baby is 3 years old now, should start to speak properly.. I would suggest u to consult with the speech therapist for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
