Hi my son is 3 months 4 days old on 29th he took his 10 th week vaccination he is not taking feed only from yesterday evening and he is on only breastfeed what to do is his stomach upset

A. if the child has taken the DPT vaccine it causes pain fever and swelling and for few days the child may be readable and dull and will not take proper feeding just give paracetamol to the baby
