Hi my son is 3 month old and is on isomil , his pooper changed from hard to pasty from two days earlier it was harder on same isomil . What could be reason

A. infection can be Indigestion for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regardc
