hi my son is 23 months old he s still unable to understand our words but he s very active and always plays with his age children. what can we do to understand our words?

At this age kids can very well understand most of the words they can follow the commands and instructions given if a child is not following in understanding the sings when you were force up to consult a child counsellor to have a detailed analysis with your child to understand where it is going wrong
