Q.
Hi My son is 22 months old but he has not yet started speaking, he very often responds to his name although when he needs anything he indicates towards it or pulls my hand towards that object. I just want to know is he having a normal development or there is some problem with him? Please suggest

Yes it is if your child is responding if your child knows what the child wants pulling you towards that then that is no problem at all there is no problem in the growth of your child or mental growth of your child is going perfect but with speech now if you want you can consult a speech therapist otherwise try and communicate more with your child and get some education toys like Board flashcards they also helping Encouraging the child to speak better
