Q.

hi, my son is 2 years and 15 days old. he is not having food properly or I can say he takes only 3 spoon food in his meal but he takes milk with pediasure. So can I give him pediasure with milk thrice in a day with 2 scoops of pediasure in each serving?

A. Dear ma’am, avoid proprietary drinks as much as possible. It doesn’t do any good in the long run. It can fill the tummy but doesn’t provide all the nutrients your kid needs. Allow your kid to decide how much quantity he wants to eat. Don’t force feed. They get enough nutrients from just handful of foods
