Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heafvy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which isx affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem

Give cereals or pediasure
Maintain hydration
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana apple juice etc
