Q.
Hi.. My son is 14 month old.. am still breastfeeding him but am not sure he is getting enough feed.. tried give cows milk(Aavin milk) he is refusing to have always.. also his is not gaining much weight refusing solid food.. He is not taking solid food even idly dosai I need to smash it and give…. Pls suggest me how to make him having cow milk … is there anything to increase his appetite??

You can try to use cows milk in certain recepies such as poridge, kheer etc , also add in some flavours to the milk as well
You may now avoid to mash and make paste of the food,offer food from your plate
