Hi, my son is 13months old. am still breastfeeding him. can I give cow milk to him. is that ok. or shall I start to give cow milk after stopping breastfeed.

A. good that you are breastfeeding continue upto 2 years you may give cow milk but not only as milk but give as other milk products like curd paneer give variety of food groups
