hi, my son is 1 yr 2 months old ..he has dry nose while sleeping ..he fewls uncomfortable and rub his nose..he dnt allow me to put nasal drop also..please suggest some way to help him.

A. Hi mom Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation
