My son has frequent cough and cold when we were in denmar. We tested his vitamin d3,calcium ,haemoglobin and allergy in india . Looks like his vitamin d3 is 8.3 only which is too low . Due to which calcium is 8.2 slightly normal and less haemoglobin 11.4. He eats good food . How to get his vitamin,haemoglobin n calcium count normal ?
