Give him whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee, curd, cheese, butter and home made paneer. Give him fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give soy milk, almond milk, almond butter and peanut butter. Give plain nuts to eat like almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts and raisins. Give one boiled egg per day.
