you may visit your ayurvedacharya or general physician.
she should take calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more
she should avoid drinking RO water.
she must take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
Avoid doing harsh work.
practice some low impact stretching exercises.
