Hi, my kid is of 7 months old and he is intrested in eating chikoo fruit. can i feed him 2 fruits a day or will it causes cough?please suggest.

A. Dear parent, you can give 2 fruits in a day if your child has the appetite. You can surely give chickoo. Also include other seasonal fruits like watermelon, mango, muskmelon.
