Q.

hi my kid is given 21/2 month vaccination on 21st, but still blood is clot can be seen and also swelling in that area,, so please say what can I do

A. it is not a blood clot but a simple fibrosus after vaccination which will take some time around two months to 3 months maximum to go away and usually no treatment is required to make it go away

A. Hello dear parent! It is normal for the swelling to reduce gradually. As long as there is no pus formation and discomfort in the baby there is nothing to worry. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
