Q.
Hi my daughter is unable to sit for long without support. She sits for sometime if we make her sit and falls to either side after sometime. and She hasn't started to sit up by herself nor crawl. Is this any delay and should I consult a doctor? Or can I wait longer? please suggest

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Dr., she sits without support but when she reaches out to some toy, she falls. She stays sitting if she's untouched. But doesn't crawl yet

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. if the baby is not sitting without support also we need to examine the baby neurologically Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
