Q.

Hi my daughter is going to be 4 yrs. She is suffering from cold & cough very frequently . Even she vomits most of the time because of cough & not able to sleep because of blocked nose . What should I do for this ?

A. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping use Nasal saline drops give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day keep the room temperature moderated

A. hi it should be allergic kindly get this checked please keep her well hydrated avoid giving sugary and Cold food items frequently give turmeric milk once in a day which definitely help to strengthen her Immunity
