Ma’am I would like to tell you when you see under hair or hair in the pubic area they can be a sign of puberty so instead of thinking of removing them first you should visit your doctor to have a clarity on the situation because these days girls are reaching puberty even at the age of 8 to 9 years you need to be particular about it
