hi my daughter is 6yrs and 5month..from last 2days she is not eating properly. she everytime tell that she is full(muje bhuk nahi hai). last night i have given her worm killing medicine also,name bandy. please suggest me.

Please don't self medicate
Stool test will confirm if she has worm.infection or not.
After that deworming can be done
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 (boiled and cooled )
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
