Hi.. my daughter is 6m old ,I have observed yellow discharge from ear when should I worry..abt it..is it ear wax?

It could be dirt or it could be pus..
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no signs of pain or discomfort then no need to worry. Just clean the ears from outside using soft cotton cloth. Do not deep clean inside.
If pain is there on touching then u need to consult your doctor for the same once.
