hi. my daughter is 6 year old and 23 kgs. she has been vomitting and passing loose watery stools since last night. please suggest what food meds can I give

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 6 years of age if the baby is having gastroenteritis infection you have to treat with zinconia syrup 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water buttermilk to avoid dehydration
