hi,my daughter is 3.9 years old.she is burping and farting (bad smell) frequently.may i know the reason and what needs to be done?

A. It Could probably be due to indigestion if you want you can give it to your child as of now you can give ENO to the child that is going to help little bit of quantity can be given to the child to your child is going to feel much better after that as you should consult your doctor ones
