hi my daughter is 1 year old with weight 8.9 kgs .from Wednesday afternoon she had fever..gave her paracetamol which was prescribed by her pediatrician to give her if she had any fever after vaccination.. today Temperature is below 100 .her medicine is over..can you please prescribe any good medication for fever.. currently using pyrigesic100mg/ml

A. there is no need to repeat paracetamol to the baby and less baby is having fever you can take calpol 120 to the baby 5ml 3 times a day according to the weight of the baby
