Hi.. My daughter is 1 year old and she is facing periodic fever from yesterday night. kindly suggest medication to control the fever. she became lethargic and inactive. Is it sign of bacterial infection.

A. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give calpol drops 120MG 3.5 ml 6 hourly fir 3 days, increase breast feeding, give some ors water, offer fruit juice, coconut water, n semi solid food more often in small amount. , If not improvement and accompanied by other symptoms consult paediatrician.
