My daughter is 1 month old. Day time she is more sleepy n plays for sometime in between. Night time also she was sleeping well earlier. But now from past 1 week she is fussy n gets disturbed during night time very easily, at times she makes fuss to take feed also. How long does it take to settle this?

Is this because she turned 4 weeks, I heard at 4 week the babies will change their sleep pattern due to growth spurt

Hello
Baby's sleeping pattern keeps changing.
Try to adjust babys massage time such that baby is tired by night .
also check if baby is full. or if baby has colic at night.

Thanks for the response.. Can we use tummy roll-on for 1 month old baby to release colic?

Is it ok to give massage n bath 1-2 hrs prior sleeptime? As it's winter, do they catch cold if we do so.
