hi , my daughter detected gluten problem.if before byapsi we remove wheat or brow item from her food . she is growing then biapsi is needed or not

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello,your baby girl is,4.6 and she is having a Gluten proteins allergy and loose motions after eating any gluten foods like bakery’s products and it is known that gluten intolerance causes GIT problems then it’s not essential to get her gut biopsy

Please consult your doctor for further evaluation and advice. Clarify all of your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice. Good luck and take care
