Hi my cycle length is usually in between 24-28 days from last 6 month, my period is 2 days late, i had pregnancy test yesterday which came out negative, and i have 0 symptoms too, what could be the causes?

A. then also see thyroid. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. hi it might happen because of hormonal changes so please wait for few days more and if you don't get it , though you got negative result ,I advise to check pregnancy again on 7th day of Missed period .
