Q.

hi my child is one year old having flu and fever .we are giving him paracetamol liquid .fever above 100 all times .please suggest cbc reports are attached..

A. there is low WBC and high RBC as doc say

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipywretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weighst for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

A. If The child is having fever hundred degrees is a normal fever you can continue giving paracetamol to the child apart from that I am not able to see the report you attached so would not be able to comment on the report but yes if the fever crosses 101° fahrenheit then you should start doing cold sponging
