hi, my child is having dry nose and mild cough. what medicine should I give her.

You can give ginger ras in honey to baby and put Saline solution like nasoclear in both the nostrils if they are dry and seems blocked.
If baby is cranky more and restless then visit doc and consult. You can also consult doc online on video call in firstcry itself
