hi, my child is 20 months old. she had blocked nose for one day and the next day she developed mild fever. I have given nasal drops and paracetamol. there is no cough or running nose. only blocked nose and fever.she feels difficulty in sleeping. what should I do? kindly suggest me some remedies.

A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspiratngor to take out the secretions very gently steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition
