Q.

Hi, my child has recently started going to school(nursery). He is not yet settled and he gets anxious thinking about it daily..This has also affected his sleeping pattern..he is sleeping considerably less than earlier both during day and night time. please advise

A. hello the child would definately some time to get used with the new pattern which so normal and absolutely nothing to worry and in a couple of days the child should be fine not a problem and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
