Q.
hi, my boy is 2months 27days old. he is constipated since 3days. he is releasing gases and the urination is normal. tummy is soft. Please suggest how to ease constipation.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early vfintroduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
