Hi My baby Sanvika is 28months old, till now she is not started talking any words and sometimes she behaves very aggressively. I am worries about it. Please suggest should we consult any doctor for my little one?

Some common triggers for angry outbursts or tantrums may include: being unable to communicate needs or emotions. playing with a toy or doing an activity that is hard to figure out.
