hi, my baby passing continuously green stools for 2 weeks now, however not diarrhea, no other issues, has not gained much weight in 2 weeks. pls tell me she is formula fed 4 month baby

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feedingji babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
