hi my baby one month old changed the colour of middle toe to pinkish purple since 2 days attached photo as well could you please know what is it and is there anything to worry?

Madam this is looking more like swelling to me maybe it’s because of a mosquito bite or something which has given a little bit of swelling into that area I would recommend you to keep a cold pack on to that area that’s going to help and if required please immediately visit your doctor
