Hello ma’am If you are seeing mucus into your child’s toll on a regular basis and that is definitely not good and healthy because it is mostly assigned for stomach infection so I would advise you to consult your paediatrician once and if needed go for a proper stool test to make sure what the issue is and after that only anything can be suggested to you
