visited paediatrician he suggested a lot of medication... amoxiclav, ondonsetron levocetzin, mefinimic acid n ciplox eye drops. but no paracetamol for fever n no cough syrup... still
no result from these medications .. any suggestions

Cough and Cold should be ideally treated only after a proper clinical examination by a doctor.it may be any infective  or allergic.it is not so related to food items like banana etc.but seasonal changes may aggravate. 
if with fever too ,calpol can be given three times a day.give steam and nasoclear drops can also be used multiple times.
Cough Syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. idf the cough is productive you can give kufril-ls syrup for now .avoid refrigerated items and give only simple home-made preparations as required.child will gradually begin to eat as symptoms resolve.at times coughing may take more time to resolve.

Give turmeric milk twice daily 
Give ginger juice and honey mixture 
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements 
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc 
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
