Hi my baby is having temperature but i rono whether it z bcoz of teething or any infection?? How to know ??

teething phase causes low grade rise in body temperature.
but if temperature rises above 100.4 degrees then consult with your pediatrician.
check out for signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums

Also ypu should consult with your paediatric for proper medicine to be given.
