Hi my baby is formula fed and recently she started passing mucus and yellow- dark green - grey poop. Is it concerning? I recently changed her formula from mms gold 1 to nan pro 1.

A. It’s okay no b noted to worry if the consistency of the motion is normal but if you feel the stools are watery frothy it foul smelling then switch to old one
