Hi , My baby is 8 months 17 days old, from past two weeks i am seeing small bumps as shown in the attachment. What is the issue, cause for the issue and also request you to let me know the solution

A. these may be drooling rashes as of teething... some appears and disappears on its own without any attention maintain hygiene start with calc phosphorica a homopathic medicine fr teething use Babyhug teethers...
