Hello ma’am The medicine for fever mostly works for 6 to 8 hours only after that if the fever does not subside then it starts coming again so I’m going to advise you to continue giving the medicine that you are giving and start doing De Paani ki patti as well and monitor it for a day or two if the fever decreases with time then it is fine otherwise consult your paediatrician ones
